A Letter ....

To my dearest Fonsi,

What can I say? I already said I’m sorry a million times. Guess it has to sink in now, our love is gone forever. I’m never seeing your pretty smile again; you were the source of all my joy. I hate how much I need you, how much I’m jealous of how happy you are without me. You were the best I ever had and I miss you every day.

As I look over this burnt bridge, with smoke and smolders over my shoulder. I can’t help but to cry seeing you hold another’s hand. You brought me the entire world and I decided I no longer needed you in my life. Now every moment is like drowning in the depths, I can’t see you, I can’t feel you and I can’t breathe. Now all I do is sit and wonder why the sun keeps on shining, why the stars keep glowing above. Have they no idea that I threw away my world. That you took all the stars in my sky when you left? That I killed everything we ever had?

I know this letter will never find you. But I hope my love stays with you forever, that you remember the taste of my lips and how I held your hips. My breath on your neck and my kisses on your chest. That you remember the very first day we met, how unsure we were about what could be. Most of all I hope you remember how happy and fulfilled you made me. That grin you had when you rocked my world but I was too busy enjoying it. For:
